Does my parent have to install the app?
On Free and Pro, every member of the circle has an account. On Pro Plus (waitlist below), you can add your parent by phone number. They get reminders by SMS and a real phone call without ever installing the app. You stay the one who runs it.
What if a reminder is missed?
Attriko keeps trying. Push first, then email, then SMS. For tasks like medication and appointments, a real phone call goes out if nothing else has been seen. Different members of the family can be next-in-line so it doesn't sit with one person.
Why not just use WhatsApp and reminders on my phone?
Because the work is invisible to everyone else. Attriko gives the whole family one shared picture of who's done what, instead of you being the one tracking it from your own head. The morning calls stop being a quiz.
What does Pro Plus include and how much does it cost?
Pro Plus is for when your parent doesn't use a smartphone app. Everything in Pro, plus you add your mum or dad by phone number. They get SMS and voice-call reminders directly to their own phone. One parent included on every plan. Pro Plus is launching soon. Join the waitlist to lock in early access pricing.
Does Attriko provide medical advice?
No. Attriko is software to help you organise tasks, reminders, and files. It does not diagnose conditions, recommend treatments, or replace a doctor or nurse. Always get medical advice from someone licensed to give it.
Can I delete my data?
Yes. You have the right to access, correct, and delete your personal information, subject to narrow legal exceptions (for example limited billing or fraud logs we must keep for a time). In the app you can use Delete account to permanently remove your profile and the care-circle data you provided. We don't hold your family's story hostage. You can also ask us via the contact page if you need help. Export options vary by platform; ask us if you need a full copy before you close the account.
Who can see my family's tasks and records?
Only people you invite into a circle can see that circle's tasks, records, and updates. Attriko staff don't browse your care notes for marketing or product curiosity. We may access specific content if you ask us to help with support, if we reasonably need to investigate abuse or illegal activity, or if the law requires it.
Is it really free? What's the catch?
Yes. The Free tier covers 1 circle, 2 members, 2 active routines, and in-app alerts. No card. Pro is for families who need more: unlimited circles, members, and tasks; full records; SMS and phone-call reminders for app members. Pro Plus adds reminders that reach a parent who isn't on the app. No hidden fees on any tier.
What happens if I lose my phone or get a new one?
Your account and circles are backed up to our secure cloud. They aren't trapped on one handset. Sign in on your new device with the same account and your data comes back with you.
Is Attriko easy to use for elderly family members?
On Free and Pro, the app uses high-contrast text, simple layouts, and large touch targets so people who didn't grow up with smartphones can still follow along. On Pro Plus, your parent doesn't use the app at all. They get reminders by SMS and phone call to their existing phone.
Can I show records to my doctor?
Yes — to show what you have already saved. Many families open Attriko at an appointment so the GP can see dates, meds, and notes in one place. Attriko does not tell you what those results mean; your clinician does. You stay in control of what to show.
How do I know a task was actually done?
Tasks support clear ownership and completion. When someone marks a task done, the circle can see that update with a timestamp. Less 'I thought you did it' confusion. Pro reaches out by push, email, SMS, or a phone call so the right person gets nudged.
What is a care circle?
A circle is your private space for one person or situation: Mum's appointments, a child's meds, the whole household. Add tasks and records, invite the people helping, and stop repeating the same story in every group chat.
Is my data encrypted?
Yes. Data is protected in transit with TLS (HTTPS) and encrypted at rest with industry-standard mechanisms (including AES-256 where supported by our infrastructure). We never sell your personal or health-related data to advertisers or data brokers.
What notification channels are available?
Free gets in-app alerts. Pro adds push, email, SMS to family members on the app, and phone calls for medication and appointments. Pro Plus extends those SMS and phone-call reminders to a parent who isn't on the app.
Can I invite family members in different locations?
Yes. Invite people by email or phone number with a tap. Everyone sees the same plan for that circle, whether they're across town or across time zones.
What kinds of records can I store?
Copies of prescriptions, lab results, hospital letters, and similar. Attach photos or PDFs so you're not digging through drawers at midnight. We don't validate or interpret clinical content; that's for your healthcare team.
How do I get support?
Use the contact form on this site or email info@attriko.com. We're real people. During business hours we often reply within a few hours; overnight messages get an answer the next business day.
Is Attriko on iOS and Android?
When the apps are published, Attriko will be on the App Store and Google Play and your account will sync across devices. Until store links appear here, use Contact to request early access or test builds.
